We understand that plans can shift and you may need to change or cancel your class. We can provide refunds up to 7 days before the start of your class. Given the small class format, any cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

The refund will be for the price of the class, less 5% payment processing fees.

Please email classes@millieclinic.com if you need to make changes to your booking.

We will cancel classes with fewer than 3 families signed up as of 7 days before the class begins. In this event, you may choose to reschedule for a different class date or receive a full refund.
