Bailey Matana Aguiar

Millie Guide

BSN, RN, PHN

Bailey is a registered nurse and public health nurse whose career has centered on maternal-child health in both hospital and community settings. She began her work with growing families in the NICU, caring for newborns and discovering a love for supporting parents as they navigate the early days of parenthood. She later transitioned into community-based nursing, providing home-based care, education, and support to first-time parents throughout pregnancy and the first two years of their children's lives.

‍

Alongside her nursing education, Bailey holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, which sparked her fascination with the relationship between our minds, bodies, and overall well-being. She believes that our physical, mental, and emotional health are deeply connected, and that the experiences, relationships, and environments that shape our lives all play a role in how we feel and thrive. This understanding is at the heart of how she approaches nursing and caring for others.

‍

In her work with families, Bailey values genuine connection, open conversations, and making space for all the questions and uncertainties that come with becoming a parent. She enjoys helping people make sense of complex health information and feel more comfortable and confident in their choices. Above all, she hopes the families she works with feel understood, respected, and supported as they navigate this new chapter of life.
