Pregnancy Mental Health + Mindfulness Support Group

Our 6-week support group is designed specifically for pregnant individuals facing emotional challenges during this significant time. Facilitated by Dr. Elana Guy, a dedicated expert in perinatal mental health, the group blends structured therapeutic exercises with mindfulness practices and open peer discussion.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Safe, Confidential Space: Establish ground rules and build trust in an environment where you can openly share your experiences.
  • Mindfulness & Relaxation: Engage in guided mindfulness exercises and body awareness practices to help manage stress and promote relaxation.
  • Emotional Processing: Explore your anticipations, anxieties, and expectations about pregnancy and parenthood while learning strategies for self-compassion and positive self-talk.
  • Peer Connection: Connect with others who understand your journey, fostering a sense of community and shared support.
  • Practical Coping Strategies: Gain actionable tools for managing anxiety and depression, enhancing communication, and building resilience throughout pregnancy.
